Anybody else care to comment on this? If you are with Teapplix long enough, you will remember that during the early days Teapplix will send out the email as soon as you upload the label output file.
The problem is that many consumers will click on the tracking link in the email right away, and will get a "tracking number does not exist" response since the package has not been picked up / scanned yet. And the next thing they do is that they will email / call customer support thinking that something is wrong.
This become a big issue for our larger sellers and hence we switched to this "email overnight" routine. The feedback we received is that the delay did cut down on the number of email inquiries.
