Express1 Account – Manual
Teapplix supports Express1 for cubic pricing. You must call Express1 to turn on Cubic Pricing first. After that, for both rate quotes and label printing, you must choose "Priority Cubic Pricing" as the shipping method and specify dimensions for the package to be rated at cubic pricing.
If you choose "Priority Mail" shipping method, you will NOT get cubic pricing regardless of dimensions. Instead you will get normal weight based pricing.
This applies to both Endicia and Stamps.com backed Express1 account. To see which variant you have, go to the "Actions" tab on open orders where your postage balance is shown:
- Express1(e) ==> this means Endicia backed
- Express1(s) ==> this means Stamps.com backed
