What kind of computer do I need to run Teapplix?
You can use any computer with a web browser and internet connection. We support both IE and Firefox browsers. You need a printer capable of printing shipping labels.
Can I print shipping labels from multiple locations?
Yes. All your account data are stored on Teapplix's centralized server and can be accessed anywhere.
What kind of help do I get as a subscriber?
We provide free telephone consultation. We also have free email based support for our customers.

eBay Paypal Integration

How does my sales info enter Teapplix?
Teapplix receives PayPal payment information through PayPal's Instant Payment Notification mechanism. There is no need to do manual import every day.
Do you support multiple eBay seller IDs?
Yes, we support multiple eBay seller IDs within a single Teapplix account.
Do you support multiple PayPal accounts?
Yes, we support multiple PayPal accounts within a single Teapplix account.

Shopping Carts

Do you support shopping carts like osCommerce & CRELoaded & ZenCart ?
We support almost any shopping cart as long as you use PayPal as your payment processor.
We also provide, for a minor fee, modules that can integrate with many shopping carts that do not use PayPal.

USPS and Endicia DaZzle

What is required to print USPS shipping labels?
To print USPS postage labels you need to have an Endicia premium account subscription. Endicia charges $15.95 per month.

Once you signup, you will get an email with a link to download DaZzle Software, and your account number. Download DaZzle and install it. You can start printing USPS labels afterwards.
What kind of printer can I use?
You can use any printer. Most customers use thermal label printers (Zebra, UPS and FedEx supplied printers), and laser printers.
Why does my printer print all black USPS labels?
You need to install the correct printer driver when using UPS / FedEx thermal printers to print USPS shipping labels.
How do I get a discount for international USPS shipping?
The USPS allows Endicia to discount Priority Mail International (5%) and Express Mail International (8%) HOWEVER, you must use the correct layout in the DAZzle software for the discount to apply. With the proper layout and Stealth Postage turned on, the discount will apply automatically.

How do I put item information on the USPS shipping label?
You can edit the label using DaZzle; insert rubberstamp1 field on the label. It will automatically expand into the item information.
How do I put information on the customs form?
You can edit the label using DaZzle, insert text object onto the label. The text could be used to further describe product category on the customs form.

FedEx

How do I print FedEx shipping labels?
To print FedEx shipping labels, you need to have a FedEx account number, and download and install the FedEx Ship Manager software. It is free.
Where do I get ShipManager software?
You can download Ship Manager here.

UPS WorldShip

How do I ship with UPS?
You must have a UPS daily pickup account, and then install USP WorldShip.
Where do I get WorldShip software?
You can download UPS WorldShip here.
