  1. What do I need to do to get started?
    Nothing, really, there are no forms and no application process. When you come to print, just select "insurance" from the options link on your order. That package will be insured when you generate the label and upload the tracking number.
  2. How do I get billed?
    You are billed on a monthly basis along with your service fees. We charge your credit card on file.
  3. Do I need to do anything on a monthly basis?
    No, Teapplix takes care of all the paperwork and billing leaving you to concentrate on your business.
  4. I have a trial account, can I use insurance.
    Yes, you do need to go to "My Account" page, and add a credit card on file.
