When is my order exported to QuickBooks?
Your order will be exported to QuickBooks as a SalesReceipt as soon as it is "shipped".
How do I find a particular order that's exported to QuickBooks?
You can search in Teapplix "Order History". Orders exported to QuickBooks will have a QB SalesReceipt number displayed. You can use that number to find your SalesReceipt in QuickBooks.
Why are some of my orders not exported to QuickBooks?
Typically, this is because Teapplix can not find a matching inventory item. To map a Teapplix order to the correct inventory item in QuickBooks, use the "remember weight" link and assign a SKU. The SKU must have the same name as your QuickBooks inventory name.
Why are my costs all "0" in the profit / loss report?
When you create your inventory items, the "Cost" field do not equate to item cost. They are just defaults for next time you enter a purchase order for your item. The real cost of an inventory item is established by entering a purchase order for it, and then recording the receipt of that inventory. That way you can get the actual cost associated with the item. Make sure your purchase order and receipt of inventory pre-dates your first sale of that item, as you can not sell something that you do not have in QuickBooks.
