你没有做上面的Shipping Tool设置， 必须设置为卖家手动上传定单

2）"The transaction already exists...."
你订单已经在Shipping Tool里了。这个一般是你刚把设置改成手动上传，Shipping Tool需要一定的时间才把订单清掉。 请再等一下后重试。
