You can go directly to the Support Forum from your Teapplix account by clicking "Support Forum" link on the upper right side. You will be logged into the forum automatically.
Each Teapplix Account holder, including trial accounts, have a forum login automatically created. Your login id is your Teapplix Account Name, and your forum password is the same as your Teapplix account password. You should be able to post questions and get answers.
If the auto login above does not work, try to manually login to the forum with the above credentials. Sometimes there is an error like "maximum login fail attempt exceeded", and you will be asked to enter some validation to clear it. Once such error is cleared, your single sign on will start working again.
Check the "What's New" link in your Teapplix account to see what's the latest changes to the site. We announce all software updates and changes there.
