We now group multiple item orders paid together as an single order. In addition, if an order is marked as shipped on eBay, then TShip will automatically reflect that.
Note that if you cancel an order, you need to cancel it again in Teapplix.

We added 2 custom queues to our UI. You can assign orders to these queues. This can be used for drop shipping, assigning orders to multiple people to process/review, etc.
We have made some fixes to allow Endicia DaZzle to print international characters correctly. Please note that international character support in DaZzle is pretty limited and so far only a subset of European language characters are supported.
To print correctly, you must turn OFF the "remove unprintable characters" option in DaZzle Preferences:
Also note that sometimes PayPal sends Teapplix an order that has incorrect character set encoding. When this happens Teapplix open orders will display an address that looks wrong. We are working with PayPal to address this issue.
We fixed a bug where when you revise custom label for a live listing, sales data afterward may still be showing the old custom label.
In addition, for eBay Selling Manager users, Sales Record Numbers are now displayed on the packing list.
We switched to UTF-8 as our default application character set. UTF-8 works better in showing international languages.
PALO ALTO, Calif. – February 18, 2010– Silicon Valley startup Teapplix announced today the release of its popular Shipping Automation Application on the eBay Apps platform.
Named Teapplix TShip, the application will be directly accessible by eBay sellers under their "My eBay" tab. A 14 day free trial is provided together with free email support.
We want to let you know that we are without power in our office on Feb 17, 2010. Hopefully this gets resolved soon:

This power outage does not affect any of the Teapplix's application infrastructure. However, our development and customer support environment is currently offline.
Our main phone number is currently offline. We can retrieve email and voice mail from free wifi spots, but our response will be slower.
This may be a good time to describe a bit of our hosting infrastructure and our backup procedures.
Teapplix's main application site is hosted in Michigan. This include our web servers and our database server.
Teapplix maintains a backup hosting environment in Florida. There is a 5 second database replication between our main site and our backup site. This way the maximum data you lose will be 5 seconds in case our main site is completely destroyed.
Well, part of the plan this year is to open up our website and be more "social". So come check back with us. We are going to add a user forum and start sending updates via twitter, facebook and linkedin groups!
Feel free to let us know where you most want to communicate and get updates from us!
