Tags Support

We have released enhancements to our user interface to allow tagging orders. An order can have one or more tags assigned to it (with colors too). You can search for orders with specific tags.

Historically we have used queues to organize orders. However, some customers are more used to tags, so now both features are available. The important difference is that an order belongs to one single queue, but can have 0 or 1 or multiple Tags.

There is also a special page under Orders --> All Unshipped. This page list all unshipped orders, from any queue. are displayed. If your work flow is tags oriented, this maybe a starting page to assign tags and move orders around, before they are printed. Notice that currently you cannot perform batch print from this page. Also, this page has a separate display settings that are distinct from the rest of Open orders pages.
