We have updated our way to link an UPS account, as per latest UPS recommendations. Instead of entering your billing address and invoice information, you will only be asked your UPS shipper number and then re-directed to ups to login to UPS. After login your UPS account will be linked to Teapplix.
When you link make sure you login to Teapplix using www.teapplix.com domain name.
Currently, there is an open issue, that UPS accounts linked this way, cancel shipping label do not work. We are working with UPS to resolve this issue.
