FedEx accounts using old integration will stop working on June 10th

FedEx has changed the integration mechanism so old FedEx integrations setup using the old mechanism will stop working on June 10th, 2026. If you integrated FedEx accounts on Teapplix before Jan 31 this year and have not done the re-integration, you much complete the re-integration before June 10th.

How to find out if you need to re-integrate with FedEx accounts on Teapplix

Go to Integration->Carrier->FedEx page (or Setup->FedEx page on the Old UI), and check the top right corner. If you only see the "Delete" action and do not see "Edit" action, it means your FedEx account was integrated using the old mechanism and will stop working on June 10th.

What to do to re-integrate with FedEx account:

First, go to Integration->Carrier->FedEx page, remove the integrated FedEx account by clicking the "Delete" button on the top right (you may want to take a copy of the account and address information before removing it).

Then click "Add Account" to add it back, follow the guided flow and enter account and address information. At last step, you will be required to either enter the latest FedEx invoice information or receive SMS code via phone/email.

If you have multiple FedEx accounts integration, you would need to repeat the above steps to migrate all of them.
