We have made an enhancement to give you more control on when to mark an order shipped to marketplace. It can be configured on the Integration->Marketplace page, with the following options:
- After shipping label generation -- We will upload shipping info on the Marketplace immediately after the order is shipped or updated with tracking on Teapplix. This is the default behavior if you don't explicitly select other option.
- After shipping label generation + delay -- This option is to let you control how soon we would upload shipping info on the Marketplaces after the order is shipped or updated with tracking on Teapplix. This allows you time to pack, inspect packages, and cancel the label. You would also need to specify the latency time. Please note, this option is not applicable to eBay, Amazon, and Amazon Vendor integration.
- After shipping label generation + review -- This option is to let you use a Review process after generating the shipping label. There is a dedicated Review page in Teapplix, or you can link an external system via API to 'mark an order reviewed'. We would upload shipping info on the Marketplace only after the order is updated as reviewed.
- Never upload tracking -- We will not upload shipping info on the Marketplace.
