FedEx has changed the integration mechanism from Web Services to REST API. The FedEx integrations setup using Web Services will stop working after June 1st, 2026. So those integrations need to be migrated before end of May.
We completed the FedEx API upgrade on Jan 31st. New FedEx account integrations setup after that are using the latest REST API and will continue to work . However, most of our customers have FedEx account integration setup before Jan 31st and need to do the migration.
If you integrated FedEx account on Teapplix before Jan 31st, you would need to do the following for migration:
First, go to Integration->Carrier->FedEx page, remove the integrated FedEx account by clicking the "Delete" button on the top right (you may want to take a copy of the account and address information before removing it).
Then click "Add Account" to add it back, follow the guided flow and enter account and address information. At last step, you will be required to either enter the latest FedEx invoice information or receive SMS code via phone/email.
If you have multiple FedEx accounts integration, you would need to repeat the above steps to migrate all of them.
