If you sell on Amazon and allow item customizations, this change concerns you. We are making changes on how order customizations are downloaded for amazon orders.
We use to place the CustomizeURL on the memo field. Because there could be one customization per line, for an order with many lines this becomes messy.
We will change order download to save customization url on the item_custom field of the line item.
There will be a display setting (default off) that will show item_custom on open orders and order options. If you sell items on Amazon with item options, make sure you turn on this display settings.
This change is scheduled to be released on February 26th, 2024. Before that, please adjust your display settings based on your needs.
