User Type Setup

On Account->Users, you can add new login users by clicking Add One.

For each user you can assign different User Types. By assigning a type/role to the users, you can control what they have access to.  By default:

• Admin - Super user accessible to all UI menus
• Support / Shipping / QB - Can access all menus except Inventory and Setup
• Inventory - Can access all menus except Setup, and Inventory => Sales Report, Inventory => Sales
• Setup - Can access all menus except Inventory

In Addition, you can further customize the access permission for an user to a specific page, by clicking the "..." next to the user and choose "User Permissions", then uncheck the pages you would not want that user to access.
