If you are in "PayPal" mode for your eBay / PayPal integration, and you selected "Use Custom Label as Item Name":

The behavior in Teapplix, for multi-variation listings, is that we will import title + variation chosen as item name.

For all other listings, we will import the custom label as item name.

This is a change in behavior staring 4/3/2012.

We have enhanced search on open orders page. Search semantics are now identicial between open orders search and order history search:

• order id and zip code search are prefix based
• name, street, memo search will match as long as search string shows anywhere in the field
• Item name, sku search are prefix based

We have released a new UI that provides you more options to manage your eBay integration. Click on Setup => eBay to see the new config screen. Changes are:

• You can select eBay mode vs PayPal mode yourself. Note that if you link any PayPal account to Teapplix, all the eBay account that uses that PayPal account must be linked to Teapplix in PayPal mode.
• You can adjust the "date" from which Teapplix pull your eBay orders from, subject to eBay limitations.
• You can set the option (global) to import custom label or listing title as item name.
• You can also override the default Teapplix shipping class mapping rules.

Teapplix is beta testing a pay per ship advertising service in connection with our partners.

The service works this way:

1) Teapplix customer enables the service, which will cause Teapplix to insert an ad image in the ship notification email that is sent out.

2) The tracking page on Teapplix will also contain a graphical banner.

3) At the end of the month, Teapplix will credit your account with revenue from the ad, based on a fixed fee per package shipped. Our revenue model is fixed $ per shipment, regardless of the click back rate of the ad.

Initial Campaign
Our initial advertiser is freeshipping.com. We are looking for shippers that has a large number of daily US shipments through Teapplix. The following orders will qualify: (orders that does not qualify will not be affected and will continue to use existing logic:

• Orders with a direct email address
• Order must be shipped with tracking number
• Order is shipped to a US customer

If you are interested in participating, please contact us. there will be no change to any behavior in your account, other than that qualifying orders will have a slightly different ship notification email.

We added new methods to search open orders.

Above the open orders table, there is a yellow search bar, enter some value and click on the "Search" button or the magnifying glass next to the field.

Search parameters are sticky. They are applied as you click on links to go to additional pages, until you log out. If you want to remove the search, just click on the "Show All" button.
