Teapplix announced today the general availability of full integration with Infopia. Teapplix now has bi-directional integration with Infopia. Orders will be downloaded into Teapplix automatically via web services api, and tracking numbers posted back to Infopia.

In production already at several Infopia customers, Teapplix Shipping Automation saves time and money for Infopia customers in their shipping operations.

The full SaaS delivery model means no need to worry about database backup and networking setups. Teapplix frees Infopia customers from doing constant client software patches, and allows them to access their order management system from anywhere with a browser.

In addition, Teapplix's advanced weight modeling capability means that most orders come in ready to ship, without the customer having to enter weight / shipping methods.

Teapplix today announced the general availability of QuickBooks Integration feature. After extensive user trials, our QuickBooks Integration is ready for production use.

Teapplix can now export your shipped orders as SalesReceipts into QuickBooks automatically. Our SalesReceipt export has the following features:

• each item is mapped to the correct Quickbooks Inventory Item or Item Assembly, regardless of what channel the order come from and what title / sku it is called
• SalesReceipts has line item price, shipping charge, insurance charge, PayPal fees and Amazon fees properly represented
• SalesReceipt has customer name, address, email and shipping info.
• You can control the accounts that sales proceeds, shipping & insurance fees goes to

In addition, Teapplix can optionally automatically create QuickBooks Inventory Items for you.

We have recently introduced support for Amazon Seller Central for Teapplix. Now you can download orders from Amazon, print labels just like how you do it for your eBay / website orders, and upload ship confirmation status back to Amazon.
For details on how to use our Amazon feature, please click on "Quick Start Guides" -> "Amazon Howto" within your Teapplix account. If you do not currently have an Teapplix account, you can register for a free trial here.
Teapplix integrates with Amazon in 2 ways. If your seller central account has XML API access, Teapplix uses XML SOAP API to download your open orders and upload ship confirmation. This can be done at a frequency as fast as every 15 minutes so you can ship your orders as soon as they come in from Amazon.
For accounts without XML API access, Teapplix can import your daily scheduled order report, or your "unshipped items report". In addition, Teapplix creates ship confirmation report for you to upload back to Amazon.
Each Teapplix account can support one Amazon Seller Central account. Pricing for an Amazon account is the same as an extra Ebay account.

New Features

1. Teapplix Package Insurance
   You will be able to buy package insurance for all your packages, subject to limitations. You can make this choice in 3 ways.

   First you can select to add insurance to all packages over a certain price limit. This is based on the gross value of the order. You turn on this feature under "My Account" tab.

   Second you can select to add insurance for your eBay items if it has mandatory insurance, or it has optional insurance that your customer has opted in. This is again turned on in "My Account" tab.

   Third you can manually add insurance to a package by clicking on the "options" link for the package, and select "insurance".

2. Signature Requirement
   You can make a package signature required, in a similar way to insurance. This can be automatic base on a value, or manually selected by clicking on the options link.
3. Manually Marking an Order as Shipped
   You can add a tracking number when you manually mark an order as shipped.
4. Bulk Delete Old Orders
   During your trial period, you can manually delete all old orders at a certain cutoff date.
5. UPS Return Shipping Labels
   You can now generate UPS return shipping labels. This is for merchants that will pay return shipping to their customers that need to return / exchange their product.
6. Number of Order Items
   Number of order line items is no longer fixed at eight. You can add more lines.
