GOFO Express and Yanwen Express

Teapplix is excited to announce partnership with 2 new shipping carriers: GOFO Express (also known as Yun Express or Yuntu on some platforms) and Yanwen. These are domestic US delivery carriers that can deliver small packages at deep discounts with a starting price below $3. We can help our customers save on shipping cost by integrating with these carriers.

Both carriers started out delivering packages for Temu. Now you can utilize these services on Teapplix ActionShip for your orders from eBay, Walmart, Amazon, TikTok, Shein, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc. Both carriers pickup from zip codes close to major airports / population centers in many States such as CA, TX, IL, NJ, NY, PA, OH, WA, GA etc. Please contact Teapplix Support to find out if your warehouse address is covered by free pickup.

Ship orders with GOFO Express and Yanwen Express

GOFO Express can be used for packages with weight not exceed 20LB and dimension not exceed 23.62inch x 19.69inch x 15.75inch. Extra fee (minimum $15) will be charged For package exceeding the weight and dimension threshold,

There are multiple ways to generate shipping labels on Teapplix Actionship:

You can manually select the “GOFO Express” or "Yanwen Express" ship method on the orders and generate shipping labels. For orders that carrier can deliver, we will successfully generate the shipping label and update the order with tracking number. Otherwise, no labels will be generated and order remain un-shipped and stay on the (Open) Orders page.

You can also leverage our Rate Shop (automatic rate comparison) feature. If you have setup and use Rate Shop method, simply add GOFO Express and Yanwen Express to that Rate Shop method setup. Otherwise, we can enable the Auto Rate Shop option on the Shipping Profile. When you choose one of the direct carrier Ground service (such as USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground / Home Delivery), we will automatically compare the rate with GOFO Express and Yanwen Express if the order address can be delivered by GOFO or Yanwen.  The Auto Rate Shop will not apply to Temu orders, and Amazon orders if setup to use Amazon Buy Shipping.

Schedule Pickup with GOFO Express

When you plan to ship packages with GOFO Express, make sure to schedule a pickup with GOFO using one of the following way:

• Call the phone number 6265051101
• Send email to pickupsupport_west@gofoexpress.com. 

Pickup request should be sent as early as possible for on-time pickup, and specify accurate pickup time to avoid waiting fee or request cancellation fee.

You would need to schedule the pickup EVERYDAY for the first 1-2 weeks, until GOFO setup a routine to come for pickup automatically.
