When there are issues with quantities and they do not match across QuickBooks to Teapplix, there are some simple steps that must be done first to figure out where the issues are:
1. Do a "redownload accounts and items" - This will look at every item, and order and match them together, and sync the quantities.
2. Verify to make sure there are no "unexported" orders - These orders do not count against the inventory until they are exported and can cause the inventory counts to be wrong.
3. Make sure when your web connector sync runs, that you do not have an error report.
If these three steps are followed and there are still issues, this will need to be sent to the development team to figure out exactly what the issue is.
