AI Agent Queue

This is a special type Order Queue that allows you to build and execute your own order filtering / processing instructions. You can simply write the instruction in plain text, and use the built-in API Agent to translate it into an executable program.

How to create AI Agent Queue 
To use this new AI-based feature, you would need to subscribe/enable the "ActionShip AI Agents" component on the Account->Subscriptions page.
On the Settings->Order Queue page,  click Add One to add a new queue. Set the Queue Type as "AGENT" and save.

How to build instructions on AI Agent Queue

On Settings->Order Queue page, click the "..." on the right side of the Agent queue and choose "Agent Instructions".

One the instruction editor, write in plain text the actions you would like to be applied to the orders. The actions must be what you can manually perform on ActionShip web page, such as setting ship method and weight on the order, checking rate for one or several carrier ship methods or for a pre-setup rate shop methods,  move qualified orders to another order queue,  The instruction should be as detailed as possible.

After you finish writing the instruction, click the Save button.  Then click the "Code Gen" tab on the top.

The "Generate Program" button will use the build-in AI agent to translate your text instruction into executable program on ActionShip. It will prompt questions while trying to understand your instruction. You would need to answer every question or correct your instruction, and click Continue. Repeat the steps until it can complete successfully.

How to use the AI Agent Queue

Move some or all orders to this order queue.

Then go to this queue page under Orders, select the orders in this queue, click "Execute".
