Re-download accounts and items
Teapplix caches information from your QuickBooks. If the cached information is deleted, or made inactive, you will get various error messages that the "specified object can not be found".
To resolve this, you need to do the following:
- In Teapplix "Integration Setup", at the bottom, locate the Advanced Sync options, check the "Re-download accounts and items next time" checkbox. Then, press the "Update QuickBooks Setup" button.
- Run the WebConnector again by pressing "Update Selected" button. You can bring up WebConnector from QuickBooks under "File => Update Web Services"
- After that, refresh your QuickBooks Integration Setup page, and make any changes if needed. Once you make the change, you may need to run Web Connector again to export remaining orders.
The following error messages may indicate you need to perform the procedure above
"Object "x" specified in the request cannot be found. QuickBooks error message: Invalid argument. The specified record does not exist in the list."
If your inventory option is set to "Create inventory part as needed" and you get the following error: QuickBooks Integration: call ItemQuery returned error 3100: The name "x" of the list element is already in use.
This indicates that an item with the same name is inactive or deleted in QuickBooks.
To resolve this,
"Re-download accounts and items from QuickBooks next time",
Then, in QuickBooks Web connector, click on "Update Selected"
There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Customer "xxxx" in the SalesReceipt. QuickBooks error message: Invalid argument. The specified record does not exist in the list.
The "customer" you selected for your marketplace is deleted in QuickBooks. You need to check "Re-download accounts and items" on Teapplix Integration setup page, and run the webconnector again.
