If you need to cancel the insurance purchased for an order, you must cancel the order label that was printed using PDF method within 24 hours after the insurance was purchased (when label was printed), any insurance purchased through Teapplix will cancel automatically. After the 24-hour cancellation window, you have to contact teapplix support via email and request us to contact the insurance company to obtain the refund.
If you cancel labels printed using Dazzle or UPS Worldship or Shipmanager, Teapplix will not know of such cancellation and you will still be charged Insurance. Right now the only way to refund you such insurance charges is for you to notify Teapplix via email.
Because of this we strongly recommend you to switch to PDF based integration if you purchase shipping insurance via Teapplix.
