Orders with Unknown Export Status

Sometimes, due to QuickBooks or network timeout, Teapplix will export some orders and not receive a reply from QuickBooks.

We list these orders in "Unexported Orders" as "Need Review". These orders has a special message  as "Attempted export".  You can filter out these orders by clicking on the "Need Review" link.

You need to check if these orders are already in QuickBooks or not, and take the following actions.  Without taking this manual action, these orders will not automatically export to QuickBooks.

If an order is already in QuickBooks, you can select the order and click the "Mark as Already Exported" button to remove it from the Unexported Orders page.

If an order is not found to be in QuickBooks, then you select the order and click the  "Export Again" biutton. This order will be submitted to QuickBooks for export next time.
