Common Issues
I entered a quantity of one item but it's not adjusting my listings
The listing quantity update is not set to automatic by default. To avoid damage to your listings, it is highly recommended for you do manual testing first, before turn on the automatic listing update.
To do manual test, you can go to Inventory => Listings, select the listing that is for (and mapped to) a particular SKU, verify that the Qty Available value is correct. Click the down arrow beside the blue "Action on 0 selected" (0 will change to the number of items selected) button. Select "Sync quantities to marketplace" from the drop down list. Once the sync is finished, verify your eBay listing and make sure the quantity is correctly updated.
Before turning on auto listing update, please check ALL your listings on the Inventory => Listing page, and make sure the Qty Available values are all correct.
To turn on auto listing update, please go to Inventory => Options, Select the "Qty Sync" checkbox. Click Ok to the "Turn on automatic inventory quantity sync" dialog. Also check the marketplaces that you would like to have automatically updated.
We have several items which QuickBooks indicates we have plenty of inventory in stock however the quantity on the listings are not updated.
There are two possible reasons:
1. Your QuickBooks inventory quantity for those items have not sync-ed to ActionShip yet.
You can go to your ActionShip account, on Inventory => Listings page, search for the listings for (or mapped to) those QuickBooks inventory items, and find out if the Qty Available column has the same value as what is in your QuickBooks.
If the numbers are not the same. Please run the Web Connector and make sure it is successful.
After the Web Connector is completed successfully, please verify the Qty Available value on the Listings page again.
2. ActionShip did not update your listings.
If the Qty Available values in ActionShip and your QuickBooks are the same, it would mean ActionShip did not update your listings.
First check if the listing auto update is turned on or not on Inventory => Option page.
If it is not turned on, you will need to do manual listing update on the Listing page. Click the down arrow beside the blue "Action on 0 selected" (0 will change to the number of items selected) button. Select "Sync quantities to marketplace" from the drop down list.
Before turning on auto listing update, please check ALL your listings on the Inventory => Listing page, and make sure the Qty Available values are all correct.
To turn on the listing auto update every 15-minute. Go to Inventory => Options, Select the "Qty Sync" checkbox. Click ok to the "Turn on automatic inventory quantity sync" dialog.
