Excluded Payments

You can setup your PayPal integration to exclude payments made to certain email addresses.

This is typically used to handle the situation, where one of your shopping carts is linked to Teapplix ActionShip directly, however, you also need to setup PayPal integration to ActionShip, and the shopping cart also uses PayPal as a payment method.

When you do that, shopping cart orders may show up twice in ActionShip, once via shopping cart integration, once via PayPal integration.

To skip such kind of shopping cart orders coming into ActionShip via PayPal:

• setup PayPal with a special "secondary" email address
• make the shopping cart payment go to that secondary email address
• in ActionShip Integrations => Marketplaces & Carts => PayPal, add the secondary email address to the "exclude list" in the "advanced" section
