Teapplix ActionShip integrates with Google Shopping for both order sync and inventory sync.
Follow the steps below to set up the integration in ActionShip:
- Login to ActionShip, go to Integrations => Marketplaces & Carts,
- click + Add Marketplaces, and select Google Shopping. Click Close to close the available marketplaces window.
- Click + Add Google Shopping Account, Then click the "Link Google Shopping Account" button. It will lead to your google account login page.
We will download the order details from Google Express, including Order Id, Item Title, and ProductId/OfferId (as Item SKU), etc.
Please note we will not save the MPN of the order item. It is because:
When you submit a feed to Google Shopping Action, your item information will be merged with other sellers of the same product. So the product details such as Brand, GTIN, and MPN are subject to change, only your Product ID will be kept.
Inventory Sync for Google Shopping Online
When you subscribe to ActionShip InventoryAdvisor, ActionShip can upload your quantity to Google Shopping every 15 minutes. This is controlled under Inventory -> Options.
Please Note: if you are getting error with "OAuth2", please go to this page , remove the permission with ActionShip access to your google account , and setup the connection in ActionShip again.
Point Of Sales
You can setup multiple point of sale locations with Google Shopping. In ActionShip, we ask you to map these into different warehouses. Once you map them, each warehouse will have separate inventory quantities. It is your responsibility to make sure, that the quantity in these warehouses match your physical point of sale locations.
Each day, Google will call ActionShip to ask for the inventory quantity for these point of sale locations. As long as you subscribe to ActionShip InventoryAdvisor, ActionShip will respond with quantities in the warehouse.
