Default Weight and Method

If you want ALL orders to come in with same weight and method, please do the following:
1) create an manual order by using the "Add" link
2) in the line item, name it "__DEFAULT__", qty 1, price 0
Then, do remember weight on the __DEFAULT__ item, set weight and shipping methods to 1 lb etc.
This will be your default weight / shipping method for all other items.
