Cancelled or Refunded Orders
Cancelled Orders
If you cancel an order in Teapplix, you will need to cancel in your QuickBooks.
Refunded (Full Refund or Partial Refund) Orders
Teapplix will not export refund (full refund or partial refund) orders to QuickBooks. So if you need to do a partial refund for an order and still want to export it to QuickBooks, Please make sure you export order QuickBooks first before you perform the refund.
Change in PayPal Partial Refunds
If you have PayPal Integration, this affects you.
Teapplix have released a change on Feb 5th, 2015 at 5PM pacific time regarding how "partial refund" is handled for PayPal orders.
Previously, if an unshipped order is partially refunded, the order status changes to PartialRefund and disappears from Open Orders.
After today's release, the order remains in "Completed" payment status, instead we append a notes in the memo box saying the order has an partial refund.
