FedEx Home Delivery

For FedEx ground based service, they make a distinction between "Ground" and "Home Delivery" service, with different options.

This makes it hard to select a universal service that apply to all addresses.

Teapplix ActionShip uses the following rules when printing labels for FedEx Ground or Home delivery service.

• If you select Ground, ActionShip will refuse to print on a residential address. This is due to the fact that switching to Home Delivery may involve more cost and you may want to review before doing so.
• If you select Home Delivery, ActionShip will automatically switch to Ground service on a business address.
• Notice that now FedEx supports up to 150lbs for both Ground and Home Delivery.
