We have released some enhancements:
1) you can now select to "save" the ship date selection for the current session. For example, if you select "Ship Date" to be "Tomorrow", you can save it so that all open order display shows "Tomorrow" as ship date by default. This election will be good until you save another ship date or log out.
2) Orders displayed under "Hold", "Combine", "Custom1", "Custom2" queue will no longer automatically be "selected".
We have released an experiment shipping label layout to help customers who need to ship from Hong Kong, China and other countries to the US.
Select a list of orders, and press on the "HK China Label" button and you will see an integrated CN22 form / address label print out, 2 per page. After that you can use bulk update to mark the order as shipped.

We have released a revised plugin for Firefox 7. Please click on "Quick Start Guide" => Firefox and install or upgrade your plugin to make "USPS Direct Print" work.
We have just released support for NewEgg Marketplace.
Teapplix fetch orders from NewEgg via ftp and confirms orders as shipped automatically. To setup NewEgg integration, go to Setup => Others => Shipping Carts, and select "newegg" as your source and fill in your ftp details.
You need to ask NewEgg for ftp access. Also, you need to setup your NewEgg account to generate order reports in CSV format.
The discount package insurance you purchase through Teapplix will be cheaper starting October 1st, 2011. For international USPS shipments, rates for insurance will be $0.89 per $100, no matter what mail class.
The limit is $5000 for Priority Mail / Express Mail International and $1000 for First Class International.
Domestic rates for USPS will remain $0.69 per $100 whether you have delivery confirmation or not.
The limit is $5000 if you have tracking, $1000 if you don't.
Rates for UPS / FedEx shipments will remain at $0.40 per 100 for domestic and $0.50 per $100 for international.
Remember you can put in automatic rules to add insurance, with separate rules for domestic vs international, under "Setup" => "Insurance". Often times, rates are cheaper than adding signature requirements, while still have your package protected for loss or damage.
We will revise our Buy.com and Sears Marketplace import tonight, 9/20 around 9pm PDT.
Previously, we assign the item title => Teapplix item name.
After the change, we will assign the SKU => Teapplix item name. The Sears/Buy.com item title will become Teapplix item description.
The main impact is that your remember weight entries may need to be revised for these orders.
Teapplix is gradually revising other marketplace imports such that Teapplix item name will always correspond to the SKU on those marketplaces. Here's what will eventually happen to other marketplaces
We had a problem importing FBA orders. Some orders with high value was incorrectly classified as non fba and skipped during our FBA import. This is now fixed.
You can download old XML Settlement Reports from Amazon, and manually import into Teapplix under "Open Orders" => Import, and the missing FBA orders will show up. This will not cause any duplicates.

Teapplix has switched to using MWS for Amazon integration. MWS is Amazon's latest API to download orders and confirm order shipped.
For accounts signed up after Sept 12, 2011 you will automatically be using MWS. For existing Teapplix accounts, you will continue to use our SOAP based integration method until we convert everyone at a to be announced later date. If you want to switch to MWS early, please contact support.
One benefit of MWS based integration is that you get to control the frequency of Amazon order download. You can select hourly, every 30 minutes, or every 15 minutes. In addition, we plan to expand to non US Amazon sites in the future.
