You can use Fulfillment by Amazon accounts to fulfill your orders from other sources. This is called “Multi-Channel Fulfillment” on Amazon.

Teapplix now allows you to "Drop Ship" your orders downloaded from any channels and submit them to Amazon FBA.

The product enhancement will enable our customers to:
- Selecting the proper Amazon FBA shipping levels
- Send bulk orders to Amazon FBA with a single button click.
- Automatically fetch Amazon FBA tracking number and upload it to the source channel
- Have the flexibility to use different item names for different channels. Teapplix can find the right one for Amazon FBA via SKU mapping

Amazon FBA submit is supported for any country that Teapplix supports Amazon MWS integration. Currently we support US, Canada and all European countries including UK.

Drop Ship to Amazon FBA

To handle large number of product and listing displays, we have optimized our "Product" and "Listing" page under our "Inventory" tab.

1. Quantity information is now split out from the product page. Now product page is purely designed for editing products

2. "Build Quantity" page is renamed to "Enter Quantity" to better reflect what it means

3. There is a separate "Current Quantity" page. This page displays the currently calculated available quantity for your products.

4. "Listings" page will by default only display a search page for listings, rather than display all listings. To display all listings, click "Display All". Note that because Teapplix will have to search your recent sales history to put "quantity sold" on each listing, this may take some time. If you do not need such data, you can use "display settings" to hide the "recent sales" columns.

You can further optimize your operational speed by only searching for specific listings that you are interested in reviewing or syncing.

We have implemented some changes of pick list with combo items / kits.

If you have combo items, you will see 2 sections on your picklist:

1) child SKU sections: these will list all the child items and their quantity, including those consumed by combos

2) Combo List ==> this will list separate all the combo items and the quantity required, together with the child items that constitute the combo and the quantities required.

You must "reset" your PickList template to factory default to see this change. To do that:

1. go to Setup => Packing List
2. go to Advanced Tab
3. click "reset to factory default" on PickList.cs

We now support XCart inventory sync. Teapplix can download "listings" from XCart, and sync quantity updates back to XCart. We support product options on XCart.

Currently XCart 4.x is supported. We are planning to release XCart 5.x by the end of this year. To utilize our inventory sync for XCart feature, you need to contact Teapplix Support to obtain and install a new module.

We have also changed the way orders are imported from osCommerce based carts (osCommerce, ZenCart, CRELoaded) as well as XCart.

Now, item_name in Teapplix will be populated with the "SKU" on the shopping cart, item_description in Teapplix will be populated with the "Title" on the shopping cart.

Express1 has now added support for USPS First Class Package International. You save 1% on international first class packages (letters and flats are not included).

If you use Teapplix + Express1, your first class international package will automatically print via Express1. To start saving money, open an Express1 account if you have not already:

in Setup => Shipping, set "Discount USPS Provider" to Express1

Go to Setup => Express1, and create an account there. There is no monthly fee and you pay postage via credit card.

Teapplix now can support QuickBooks Point of Sale as well as QuickBooks financial.

We can export orders as sales receipts or sales orders to POS, you can map to items from marketplaces to POS items in Teapplix.

We made many enhancements to our Multi-Channel Inventory Advisor, "Teapplix InventoryAdvisor^®" with more coming.

Teapplix Inventory Advisor^® helps you monitor and improve your selling performance on a SKU-by-SKU basis.
Our software allows you to:

• track profit and loss by SKU, generate various sales reports
• track quantity available per SKU
• sync quantity to marketplaces
• generate PO based on sales volume and quantity on hand

Some of our recent changes and enhancements are:

• Combo Items
  • You can now define combo items in Teapplix. Teapplix will track quantity at the children level, and automatically compute quantity available for combo products.
  • You can either add / edit combo products one at a time, or bulk upload combo definition to Teapplix using csv import.
  • Our integration with QuickBooks will turn Inventory Assemblies into Combo items automatically and compute the available quantity properly.

• Listing Price Update
  • You can now upload a “listing price update” csv to Teapplix, and Teapplix will update the price on all managed listings.

• PO Suggestion
  • On the "Sales" page under Inventory tab, there is now a "PO based on Sales" report link. It generates a suggested purchase order based on your sales quantity in the past x number of days as well as your current inventory levels.

• Inventory Sync for Sears, Magento and 3dCart
  • Inventory Quantity sync with Sears, Magento and 3dCart is available in beta.

• Support for Multiple Warehouses
  • Multiple warehouse support is available in beta.
  • If you turn on multiple warehouse, you can manage separate quantities per warehouse for the same SKU:
    • Orders can be assigned to specific warehouses, and deduct from quantity for that warehouse
    • Listings can be tied to a specific warehouse, and the quantity on the listing will sync to quantity available for that warehouse
    • Quantity adjustments, purchase orders, can be made warehouse specific

Teapplix now supports WooCommerce.

We can download orders from WooCommerce, and confirm orders as shipped by changing it to "completed" status. If you use our QuickBooks integration products, you can download orders and export to QuickBooks.

WooCommerce do not have a tracking number system natively. Currently Teapplix do not upload any tracking number back to WooCommerce, as there is no place to put it.

Currently, our InventoryAdvisor product do not yet import production information from WooCommerce, nor does it push quantity updates to WooCommerce. This will be addressed in a future enhancement.
